Vitalcore Technology’s One-stop production service, including SMT/DIP surface mount and assembly lines; SMT production line process includes solder paste inspection (SPI) and AOI visual inspection machine, off-line ICT circuit inspection machine is equipped; DIP production line includes a lead-free plug-in program line, two soldering and repairing lines, and a temperature-controlled soldering iron is installed on the site; Assembly lines and Maintain & Test station are also set.

2. Prompt sample making, small quantity and diversified production
Our team can support prompt sample production, new product introduction (NPI) and a small amount of diversified production technology.

3. SMT production & Engineering team
We provide SMT circuit board fast production, sample making and mass production services. Specializing in difficult and advanced PCB production, our team also provide professional engineering and technical support for clients.

4. DFM/DFT technical support
Vitalcore Technology can support to solve problems during the design process in order to allow samples to be completed quickly and achieve mass production on time. DFM/DFT evaluation can identify problems that may affect product cost, quality and delivery time, so that mass production can be smooth.

5. Repair/Rework Service
Our engineer team can assist to remedy design problems, quickly modify samples, and complete samples as soon as possible. Repair the missing parts of the design after mass production to help customers reduce costs.

6. System integration & overall service
According to small number of diversified needs, we provide clients complete system assembly, software testing, software and hardware integration and overall final functional testing services.
